HIGH ABRASION RESISTANT MATERIALS

Battlemax high abrasion resistant materials can replace many conventional slurry pump applications, offering significant cost savings. Battlemax polyurethane, high chrome and ceramic high abrasion resistance pump parts are made to the highest material specifications.

Battlemax polyurethane is suitable for high abrasion as well as light acid duties. Applications include quarry wash plants, tailings, beach sands, chrome chip and gold and copper leaching plants.

Battlemax ceramic impellers offer excellent resistance to wear, abrasion as well as chemical attack. Ideally applied in high wear conditions such as series pumping.

Field results have shown that Battlemax 35% chrome parts offer a significant wear life improvement of 30 - 70% over conventional 27% chrome parts.
